Since 1997, the National Federation of Filipino American Associations (NaFFAA) promotes the welfare and well-being of the four million Filipinos and Filipino Americans throughout the United States. As a non-partisan and non-profit organization, NaFFAA is the largest national affiliation of Filipino American institutions, umbrella organizations, and individuals. Its fifteen-member regions cover the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands.
The Greater Los Angeles Region 9 compose of 6 counties in Southern California: 1. Orange County, 2. Los Angeles County, 3. Kern County, 4. Ventura County, 5. Santa Barbara County and 6. San Luis Obispo County. Under the leadearship of Noel S. V. Omega - President; Mary Ann Rosete Omega - VP Administration; Paz Villanueva-Cachola Velasquez - VP Program; Stephanie Clemente Finley - Secretary; and Erlinda Granada Sabah - Treasurer.

Largest Federation of Filipino American Organizations Announces Its Nationwide Membership Drive
NaFFAA envisions a unified Filipino American community that is culturally, economically, and politically empowered and engaged. Its vision is to serve as the voice of all Filipinos and Filipino Americans by uniting, engaging, and empowering diverse individuals and community organizations through leadership development, civic engagement, and national advocacy.

This year, the Philippine American Friendship Day will be held at the Carson Civic Center on July 11th 2021. This will be the first-ever LIVE event in the#CityofCarsonafter the pandemic. Watch the sneak peek of what the city and organizers are preparing for this special day. Organized by#NaFFAAGreater Los Angeles Region with the theme of Healing and Unity. Everyone is invited. There will be amazing performers and cool food trucks. Vaccinated people are not required to mask up. But it is strongly suggested for those who are not. City officials are also going to practice social distancing.
